Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms. These Terms govern your access to and use of AnVeda's websites, platforms, and services, including ALTrax (for institutions) and CTrax (for students and parents) (the "Services"), operated by AnVeda Intell Private Limited ("AnVeda," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Where a user is under 18, an account must be set up and managed by a parent or lawful guardian who agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf. Institutional users represent that they are authorised to bind their institution.
3. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and Payment. Certain features require a paid subscription (e.g., CTrax Explorer+, PathFinder, LaunchPad; institutional ALTrax tiers). Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Nature of the Services. AnVeda provides career insights derived from alumni and professional data, presented at an aggregated and analytical level. These insights are informational and are intended to support research and decision-making — they are not guarantees of employment, admission, salary, or any specific career outcome, and should not be relied upon as professional, financial, or legal advice.
6. Acceptable Use. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to re-identify individuals from aggregated data, scraping or extracting data through unauthorised means, reverse-engineering the platform, reselling outputs without authorisation, infringing others' rights, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property. The Services, including all software, content, methodologies, analytics, and branding, are owned by AnVeda or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.
8. Third-Party Data and Links. Some data is sourced through licensed third-party providers, and the Services may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, though we source data only through compliant, authorised channels.
9. Privacy. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
10. Disclaimers. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnVeda and its affiliates (including ScholarSkool and iQuery) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on insights provided through the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the [twelve (12) months] preceding the claim.
12. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a manner that risks harm to others or to the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
13. Changes. We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [Hyderabad, Telangana] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable dispute-resolution process.
